These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the terms and conditions governing your use of FancyShort and its associated services ("Services"). By accessing or utilizing our Services, you are agreeing to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use our Services.

Subscribing involves a recurring fee for accessing our Services for a defined period, while in-app purchase requires a one-time fee for accessing specific features or content.
Upon making a payment, you grant authorization for us or our third-party payment processor to debit your payment method for the specified amount. You bear the responsibility for settling any taxes, fees, or charges linked with your purchase, as well as ensuring the validity and currency of your payment method.
You have the option to terminate your subscription at any time via your account settings or by reaching out to us. Nonetheless, refunds for payments already processed are not provided unless mandated by law. Your cancellation will become effective at the conclusion of the ongoing billing cycle.

Content and License

All content and materials accessible through our Services, including but not limited to TV series, videos, images, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, etc., are the property of either us or our licensors and are safeguarded by intellectual property rights. Additionally, we may suspend your access if we suspect that you have breached these Terms or any applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of any third party.
When your access to and use of our Services is terminated, your account and all related information and files will be deleted. Any sections of these terms that should survive termination by their nature will remain in effect.
